I'm not even getting to the actual racial bigotry involved, just the legality. The same thing applies to housing and other phases of life. If you can't, by law, discriminate based on race, creed, color or nation of origin, how can you ask the question without getting into legal trouble? Don't these people ever consult the laws they have already written before they write new ones? They are blithering racist idiots. For some strange reason, I'd rather kids have library cards than gang tatoos.
