		<description>If Microsoft had actually put forward the names or numbers of any of the patents it claims have been violated it might be taken a bit more seriously, as in people would challenge the patents.

This is another FUD [fear, uncertainty, doubt] campaign by Microsoft.  They do it every time they feel threatened to stall customers from jumping ship.  They have already been called on their garbage - Linus Torvalds told them to put up or shut up.

If Microsoft tries to go to court it risks losing many if not most of the patents as they are exposed as obvious or derivative works and not creative.  Software is only reasonably covered by copyright, not patent.</description>
