Jack Black is like Robin Williams: good when he exerts some restraint, intolerable otherwise.

And I liked the bit with the stork and panda, too. It was a nice touch.

I saw Kung Fu Panda with my boy. He loved it, and even got the message. And it had a nice tease about a Panda being the son of a stork, but without actually having to explain. It was cute.

I think what really helped was Jack Black not being so Jack Blackish.
